The location was very good, just off the main shopping street in Vienna and walking distance to the Museum Quarter. I liked that there was a tea/coffee machine at the reception, so I was able to get a coffee in the morning or herbal tea in the evening. I didn't have a breakfast in the hotel. There was also a seating area in the courtyard and at the reception area. The room and bathroom were both spacious, although no bath. Cleanliness level was good too. I made use of the fridge, which was great for chilling drinks etc. I thought that the sleep mask, pillow spray and earplugs was a nice touch. Overall, nothing special, but fine to stay for a few days.

The hotel is in a great location 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Its also right next to the main shopping street were locals go, lots of different shops and food outlets and a 20 minute walk to the museum quarter. The hotel was spotless clean, and very quiet, and breakfast was lovely, and a nice selection of hot and cold foods, cereals, fruit, bread and rolls etc. Our room was comfortable clean and the walk in shower was great and the bathroom was spacious. All in our all our stay was good and I would certainly go back to this hotel if we ever went Vienna again.

Another cool thing are the free coffee and tea in the lobby, which come in pretty handy. The staff are really nice and friendly, the receptionists helped us with whatever we needed and made our stay effortless.

Room was large with a large bathroom. Heating and hot water was also flawless. But what’s the most important hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. The administrator let us check in early because we arrived in the morning and on the last day gave us extra hours to check out late. My highest recommendations to Elaya hotel Vienna City West!

The metro is also there and you can get it to go anywhere you want. The room was spacious and there was free coffee, tea and chocolate milk at the reception you can get any time.
